Freestyle with Sarah Samuel

Sarah is an experienced dance, gymnastic and aerobics teacher. She represented Great Britain in 'Sports Aerobics' and was a member of the elite British Gymnastic squad. Her excellent dance choreography skills enable Sarah to produce exciting original routines for all her classes which include:
- Hip-hop
- Cheer dance
- Street
- Bollywood
- Funky
Sarah encourages all ages to come along to her classes. We are very lucky to have this talented young teacher in Dorset.
Classes cost £4 per person, and are charged on the door.
